How To Use Dayboard
Start each day by writing down five items you want to accomplish. Spend your day focusing on those tasks. Anything you cross off today will make room for your next five items tomorrow.
The idea is to set clear intentions, stay focused and feel great about your progress. If you miss an item at the end of the day, don't fret. Treat it as a learning for how to pace yourself. Tomorrow is another day.
